NO Requests! When I work on InsertCoin I have in mind that I have to satisfy all users to a decent level. What works for me might not work for you and vice versa . I'm not your personal ROM developer and it is not my job nor my intention to make everybody happy.
Do not come here asking "Hey mate, X rom has that awesome feature and if you don't implement it in your rom, I'll !" You flashed this ROM because you liked it at some point, if that change please stop using it.
Suggestions for improvements are always welcomed. As long as they are well documented and as long as you understand that NOT everything is possible.
NO ETAs! While I do my best to constantly work on the ROM to improve, *fix and add new features, again this is a hobby! There are periods when due real-life issues I can't spend too much time for InsertCoin! If this becomes an obligation passion fades and I might stop cooking the ROM

HTC ONE InsertCoin - Android Custom Roms

Requisiti :
Telefono sbloccato con htcdev o S-OFF
Ultima Recovery Custom Cwm 6.0.4.5 o Twrp 2.6.3.3
Nandroid Backup per sicurezza

Guida installazione:
Scaricate la Rom e copiatela nella memoria interna del telefono
Riavviate il telefono in modalità recovery (vol down + power)
Nel menù recovery, selezionate backup (non è un passaggio obbligatorio ma è caldamente consigliato)
Nel menù recovery, selezionate "install zip from sdcard" o "install per la twrp recovery"
Selezionate "choose zip from sdcard" e cercate il file zip della rom o "spostatevi nel percorso dove avete salvato lo zip, nel caso abbiate la twrp recovery".
Usate il full wipe da aroma se provenite da altre rom (custom/stock) o se passate da una versione di android ad un'altra (4.2/4.3), non obbligatorio se si aggiorna solamente la InserCoin.
A installazione completata, riavviate il telefono.

Ma hai provato a fare il desense, dal menù della rom o dal customizer ?

Da aroma, ho fatto due/tre prove e il problema sembra essere il launcher che sostituisce la sense, per intenderci, quello stile kitkat.
Comunque ottima rom, la sto montando, ottimo il kustomizer.

TWRP ultima versione, se non la hai ti consiglio di aggiornarla perchè con kitkat può dare problemi.
