però ci sono due versioni, With scrolling cache enabled [Androids default] With scrolling cache disabled [mod]
qualcuno sa dirmi quale differenza c'è?

Me lo chiedo anche io aspettiamo risposte da chi ne capisce un po' di più :-P

ecco la risposta:
In essence, it is an option that allows applications to generate a cache for the content of a list in which you are scrolling in. In principle it should make scrolling troughout that list more faster (as the content is cached), but this feature also uses more memory (because of the fact it has to generate a cache, next to displaying the scrolling content itself). So if you do not have much memory and you're scrolling in a big list, it will lag because your app has to 1. display the content you are scrolling in and 2. build up a cache for that content (which occupies a significant amount of memory as the list, and thus the cache, is big).
Or this is what I've understood from it :)

Basicly, I have noticed that you can scroll faster troughout a big list (no difference when the list is small). This can be a folder on your phone, but also for facebook etc, faster scrolling is reported. More info on that toppic can be found here.

The only negative drawback I've found, is that the CRT on/off animation doesn't work with it.. Which I think is very unfortunate, because I like that :)
