Extract the Zip and in the zip is an ui.zip
Create in your TWRP Folder under BACKUPS a folder Theme.
It may only be the ui.zip in the Theme folder that is desired.
After you copy the ui.zip in Theme Folder you Reboot Recovery and Theme create.
