ricordate che la pazienza è la madre della scienza. In ogni podais minuti, la scrittura di un twit, un commento su FB o solo RT o Like us on FB.

Questa non è una cosa da raggiungere in un giorno, forse non in una settimana, ma dobbiamo avere pazienza e continuare come oggi, non lasciarlo passare.

Ho preparato questa lettera; ho intenzione di mandarla a tutte le mail "huawei" che trovo. Se volete potete farlo anche voi. La pubblico, così chi ne vuole fare uso, correggerla, aggiungere o togliere qualcosa può farlo! Grazie a tutti per il supporto, facciamoci sentire!

I write to you as an angry customer. I'm angry with the fact that I have in my hands a great device, with modern hardware components of excellent quality. The problem is that the software is poorly developed so these components do not work well and the phone is not performing.

Since "Android" exist, also exist community of developers that help the manufacturers to provide optimized software and high performance, this is the strength of Android: the fact of being a free OS that can be customized by any user. If the software is "closed" Why should a customer prefers to buy an Android device instead of an Apple device which has an excellent optimization of the software?

Google Android is bound to the GPL (General Public License). This requires manufacturers to make available the source code in products using this operating system. Huawei also has to comply with this contract.

You have just released the kernel source codes of P6, the time has come to do the same with the other devices.

Many customers are angry: take a ride on your forum, especially those related to the "Emotion ui" and you will realize how high is customer dissatisfaction: an angry customer will abandon you and make a bad advertisement to your company, not that's how you’ll grow in the smartphone market!

We do not ask for miracles, we do not ask you to do the impossible, we only ask you to listen us and let the users give you an hand to develop excellent software, it would be an advantage for us, but especially for you.

Let us grow concomitantly as producers and consumers responsible and aware, and you will see that people will grow fond to your products.

I believe that as a manufacturer you have the potential to get to the top, but you can never do it without the help and the constant listening to your customers.

Unlock the bootloader and release the source code, it is not difficult, but it can lead to great benefits.

Questo è quello che sono venuto a me questa mattina nelle mie 2 caselle di posta. No, se si prende come un buon segno (che stanno pensando di fare a quanto pare visto xD) o che accadrà a noi =(

i russi intanto ci hanno piazzato 50 firme sulla petizione, effetti benefici della pubblicità contraria... dai che se continuiamo così ce la facciamo. soprattutto se i vari amministratori dei profili huawei dicono agli sviluppatori "guardate che qui ci intasano i social network!"

C'è un certo Richard Foster, molto attivo su FB sulle pagine dedicate ad Huawei e mooooolto ben disposto verso l'azienda..un "inside man"???
Ad ogni modo cercherò di rispondere ai suoi commenti...

Vi chiedo se lo spam su tutti i canali dobbiamo portarlo avanti fino a quando non ci degnano di attenzione e sbloccano oppure una tantum?

Io andrei avanti ad oltranza, se stoppiamo, poi riprendiamo, poi stoppiamo, poi riprendiamo..perdiamo di credibilità!
