Andorid 4.0 su Defy

da oggi sto testando ice cream sandwich sul defy devo dire che è ancora presto ma se ci fosse qualcuno inpaziente come me, potrei postare una guida per installarlo esteticamente è stupendo!!!

Se la volete provate potete usare tranquillamente il multiboot in modo da avere due rom.

AL momento ho poco tempo e non posso fare una guida in italiano, ti riporto quella dell'autore su xda:

Please only install this if you have "Lastest Recovery" AND "Stable Recovery" options in bootmenu.
Otherwise you will not be able to modify your real system after installation.

Please note that the multiboot-feature will be removed if you update your real system.
The fsimages will stay on the sdcard so just reinstall the mod and you can boot your virtual system again

- replacing all references to real system with stub-image(will be automatically created at /sdcard/fsimage/stub.img).
Now the recovery for the virtual system should be completely abstracted and it shouldn't make any changes to the real system

- moving original system-partition to another location instead of lazy unmount so she will be accessible in 2ndBoot-system and will not be busy

Installation:
1. Download zip-file and copy to sdcard
2. create 3 filesystem-images in ext3-format and copy them to /sdcard/fsimages with the names system.img, data.img and cache.img

2. install zip-file in CWM


Some info:
- After installation, "Lastest Recovery" is for your virtual system and "Stable Recovery" for your real system
- you can restore any backup or install any zip in "Lastest Recovery" and it will go into your virtual system
- boot the virtual system with the 2ndBoot-option in bootmenu


Bugs:
- Data-Wipe deletes android_secure
- Data-Backup of virtual system not possible

riassumendo per semplificare:


1- just create or download the 3 images files and place them in this directory on your sd card: /sdcard/fsimages
2- download the multiboot zip update file, put on sd card and install it in custom recovery/STABLE<--
3- Reboot and go in custom recovery/LATEST and install you ICS (and gapps if you like)
4- reboot a last time in recovery and choose 2nd-boot to boot in ICS
done!

e per avere tutte e due:

1. Backup current CM7 in Recovery
2. Full wipe of CM7 in Recovery
3. Flash CM9 zip
4. Flash gapps-20111128.zip
5. Flash Superuser-3.0.7-efgh-signed.zip
6. Reboot
7. Backup CM9 in Recovery
8. Restore CM7 in Recovery
9. Followed Al’s instructions to install Multiboot
10. Booted into Latest Recovery and restored CM9
11. 2nd boot can now be used for CM9 and 2nd init for CM7

Ciao Danilomt ma come gira la rom sul defy ci sono impuntamenti? mi consigli di aspettare ad installarla oppure procedo, ovviamente con una tua guida
la batteria quanto ti dura?

no non è ancora stabile! io aspetterei! la camera è inutilizzabile e lo resterà per un bel po'!
