Voltage control:
The Higher your Maximum Frequency to less you can undervolt. The maximum undervolting is -40mV on synapse.

I recommend you use the include Synapse app to control the kernel feature. All build in features are supported with the synapse app.

Remember the Synapse app is created by Andreilux but if there are problems with the kernel and Synapse it is a kernel problem and not a app problem!!!!! Don't under-rate the Synapse app because of this. The Synapse app needs a kernel that support it, crashing is always a script error in the kernel and not in the app

CIFS support (had some fixes to apply to make it work on TW samsung 4.4.2) Thanks to Buggzilla kernel tracker for the DFS root error & Thanks to mkasick for the patches for empty folder mounts & finaly thanks to norbert for the bugg tracking tips with dmsg for this CIFS problem.

Note on CIFSl:
In CifsManager: (share is a example can be a folder or drive) (IP = your ip of the device you want to connect to)
share path: IP/share
mount point: /mnt/cifs/share (can be what you want, place on your android device)
username: login (of the server, windows, linux...)
password: pass (of the server, windows, linux...)
options: unc=\IPshare (This is not needed if you use MountManager)

This will result in better control of the Scaling frequencies as no driver will interfere with your settings.

Synapse layout update = CLEANED OUT a lot as it started looking like a war-zone.
New settings layout
DVFS is back as I got my reasons.
I had a good talk with Yank555.lu (as I misunderstood some things) and for my needs and opinion I made some changes in the kernel.
Touchboost driver is limited to 300MHz so it has no effect on minimum scaling (setting is hidden). I also changed some settings in hardlimit stuff.
DVFS HardLimit disabler is not available in settings. I believe DVFS is not a bad thing. The Antutu benchmark is stable and the scores are much higher for the benchmark freaks.
Now if you don't agree with this point of view this kernel isn't for you.

New Thermal interface based on samsung Thermal Monitor (Based on myfluxi)
Frequency Lock to lock the maximum frequency.
Explanation for this lock:
Heavy multitasking (example: Antutu benchmark) overrides the "max_scaling_frequency" , resulting in freezes and crashes if you undervolted when you have a 2.5GHz or 2.6GHz or... OC in mind. Antutu will go up to 2.8GHz resulting in crashes as the undervolting was probably to high for 2.8GHz. This will prevent the override of the maximum set scaling frequency set by you. No app will be allowed to override this Lock frequency.
This lock is not needed if you don't plan on undervolting and you want to allow the system to scale up to maximum possible frequency on multitasking. Under normal conditions the maximum_scaling_frequency won't be overwritten. Up to you to use this synapse exclusive feature
All Soc_PVS bins got the same voltage settings, it seemed to be the most stable in the past.

Frequency lock removed = I'm guessing it creates the reboot , freezes problems for some. (remeber that Antutu overwrites max_scaling_frequency = after running this benchmark reset the max frequency.
Back to OC and voltage settings of KatEngine rev2.0 that everybody loved. = also separate speedbins again.

Se mi date un link la provo io l'ultima versione, in attesa dell'abyss che a mio avviso resta imbattibile, però siccome non uscirà prima di 4/5 giorni mi serve un buon custom kernel perché il kernel stock proprio non lo sopporto

È arrivato alla 1.7, quello che non capisco però è che funzione bene solo con il governor interactive, se imposto degli altri tipo ondmand, mi si riavvia il note 3.
Comunque provalo te lo consiglio, resta un buon kernel.
