Aspetta, ma hai scaricato i sorgenti per CM-11.0? Non è ancora supportato ufficialmente dal team, ovvio che non lo trovi.

Per mia esperienza, se si è alle prime armi, non conviene eseguire porting verso device che non hanno i driver open, ho incontrato difficoltà a fiotti quando ho cercato di eseguire il porting della PSX per SII. Se ti vuoi dilettare nel build di una rom, scaricati i sorgenti della cm 10.2 e fai da lì.

Se proprio ti vuoi intestardire con la cm 11.0, scaricati il device tree del SII aggiungendo le dipendenze forkate dai repo dell'OMNI team sul tuo github e da lì sul local_manifests.xml nella cartella ~/android/system/.repo/local_manifests.
Poi edita il file ~/android/system/vendor/envsetup.sh ed aggiungi la stringa

add_lunch_combo full_i9100-userdebug

e prova a buildare. Poi vediamo gli errori che ti da (credo che ti darà subito l'errore del RIL in ~/android/system/hardware).

ho impostato le dipendenze ..si ferma la compilazione dopo una 30 di minuti con un serie di errori così:

Quello non è l'errore, è solo un warning. L'errore c'è quando ti dice ***make*** error....etcetcetc Arresto. In attesa per i processi in corso.

Prova ad andare in device/samsung/galaxys2-common/overlay/packages/services/Telephony/res/values/config.xml e cancella la riga 24.
Dai un repo sync -f e riprova a buildare.
