X10i e installazione Feralab

Ciao a tutti, sono da poco entrato nel mondo android. ho un problema :
Ho un X10i aggiornato all'ultima versione da pc Companion (2.3.3) e non riesco a installare il custom firmware. di seguito i passi che ho seguito

Partendo da telefono ripristinato con pc companion :
*Con flashtool Ottengo i permessi di root
*Sempre con flashtool installo l'xrecovery
*Scarico Feralab da XDA (ultima versione v14.2)
*metto il file scaricato nella minisd
*avvio il telefono in recovery (tasto <- mentre si avvia)
*entro in recovery
*seguo le istruzioni su xda (wipe , fix, ecc...)
*avvio l'installazione di feralab
*lascio tutto come da default (kernel doomkernel SC)
*riavvio il telefono

- Il telefono rimane bloccato sulla scritta iniziale SONY ERICSSON (quella iniziale, senza logo).

Fin'ora ho provato a fare in diversi modi (ho fatto molte prove e ho ripristinato molte volte con pc companion) : ho installato dommkernel tramite flashtool (trascinandolo nella finestra del programma) provando anche clockworkmod ma ottengo sempre il medesimo risultato.

Dove sbaglio? Grazie a chi mi da qualsiasi suggerimento..

Girando ho trovato la soluzione che riporto di seguito :


Stuck at 'Sony Ericsson' logo

Actually I made everything to prevent this in installation scripts.. however If you made somewhere mistake or installed rom from first release then follow this steps.

- Restore your phone to original firmware with SEUS tool (Make this only if you are on locked bootloader)
- If you're on unlocked BootLoader, Flash DoomKernel v6
- Root your phone and install xRecovery to your phone through latest Flashtool (search xda here)(Make this only if you are on locked bootloader)
- Then Check if you downloaded Latest Release of my rom through my link or through mirror (also in my op.)(Don't download somewhere else)
- Copy Rom to SD and boot xRecovery. (You can mount SD in xRecovery)
- Go to Partition Menu and
- Format SYSTEM
- Format DATA
- Format CACHE
- Mount SYSTEM
- Mount DATA
- Mount CACHE
*after you mount it should show you "Unmount -----"
- Go to Advanced Settings and Fix Permissions
- Then go and install my rom, following the wizard.
- After this Reboot. Done. It should boot.

You Install Rom But the Apps you've chosen don't install

This may happen if you made some mistakes in installation process. Solution is

- Simply Reinstall Rom following the instructions Above(starting from booting into xRecovery).

Getting Randrom Reboots, WLOD's or system freezes

This is only and only kernel problem. Solution

- If you're flashed kernel different from DoomKernel v6, check if it supports EXT4 file system
- Try to set frequency to lower values
- If still having problems, Try to install not overclocked kernel.
- If it still doesn't helps, then try to delete with RootExplorer this file
/system/etc/init.d/07g
and Reboot.

Link2SD can't find partition

This is because your SD partition is formatted in ext2 File System. Solution

- Install Doomkernel v6 with his modified recovery
- Go to advanced menu and partition your SD.
- Choose EXT3 (ext3 and ext4 have both journaling so no problems) and SWAP file 0. (Warning. You may loose all your DATA on SD)
- Wipe Dalvik-cache and reboot. Done.

Battery Drains Too fast

If your Battery goes down too fast then try this steps.

- Calibrate your Battery. (there are load of tutorials..search)
- Turn Off AutoBacklight and Reduce your screenBrightness.
- Don't make your phone got hot.
- Turn off AutoSync, WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth..use them only if you need them

Can't send or recieve SMS

- Open dialler and dial: *#*#4636#*#*
- Select Phone Information
- Scroll down to SMSC and enter there number given by your provider and Update

L'unica cosa... avevo sbloccato il bootloader con flashtool, l'ho ribloccato con s1 tool e durante l'installazione ho selezionato doomkernel v6 SC.
La rom è ottima, molto piu veloce , anche graficamente, fin ora non ha dato strani problemi.

Non si capisce se hai sbloccato i bootloader anche prima e quindi usato un kernel compatibile...se così non fosse il brick era premeditato..
...se invece hai eseguito tutto come da guida non stupirti se qualche passaggio sia stato equivocato o fatto male, perchè senza esperienza è molto più arduo completare una moddata così da zero..la Feralab, come la X10s hanno modifche che alterano molto il sistema da richiere un attenzione e soprattutto pazienza per i particolari...io stesso ho avuto problemi dopo un pò con la feralab 9 e successivamente anche con la 13.4...attualmente sono tornato alla stock con solo i permessi di root...ma preferivo la Feralab e allo stesso tempo la prossima prevista è la CM9 (o 7.2...vedremo)...
Se ti è di consolazione, non riesco quasi mai al primo colpo ad installare una nuova ROM

grazie comunque della soluzione incorporata...potrebbe tornare utile in futuro ancora (nuovamente) anche a me
NB: per i link ed altre funzioni avanzate o devi modificare le impostazioni del tuo profilo oppure devi evere almeno (credo) 10 post...

Ti ringrazio per la risposta.
ho fatto diverse prove , tutte con flash tool
ho installato feralab con bootloader bloccato e sbloccato, nella installazione ho scelto l'opzione "bootloader bloccato" e doomkernel; ho installato il doomkernel (praticamente quando si avviava usciva il logo android e la scritta doomkernel al posto di sony ericsson) con flashtool ...ma nulla, poi ho installato cyanogen ed è partito al primo colpo, da qui ho iniziato a girare in rete prima di imbattermi nella soluzione.

Ora sta funzionando, ho installato fera partendo da stock rom (da pc companion) + root. Il bootloader l'avevo bloccato nuovamente con s1 tool. ho installato feralab seguendo le istruzioni e utilizzando il doomkernel_v6.

Il feralab mi sta piacendo, il telefono sembra andare meglio, anche come velocita' di navigazione e grafica (il menu sembra piu fluido nello scorrimento). Penso che in futuro provero' anche altro, basato su ics probabilmente...

ps suggerimenti per custom firmware di X10mini e X10mini pro?
