questo non cambia la mia valutazione di zopo, cha semplicemente dimostrato di non aver nessuno interesse nella cura del cliente.
una risposta del genere è davvero intollerabile.
Marsapa sta facendo un gran lavoro ma questo non solleva zopo dalle proprie responsabilità.
ma poi avete letto la pagina della garanzia??

What does my warranty include?
Electronic devices at zopomobileshop.com carry a 12 month warranty unless specified otherwise.
As for accessories, such as batteries charger and headset, they carry a 2 weeks warranty.
PLEASE NOTE: zopomobileshop.com only repairs and replaces his own products. Please note that we keep records of serial numbers (or IMEI) of every phone we sold out.
What about the No reason return policy?
We not accept "No reason" return!!!!
Like "I am not like”,” It is not like I think”,” I think will have some more function”.” My phone signal is weak”.” Speed not like I wish" ETC
We are unable to issue refunds for orders processed beyond that time frame.
Please note that unless the item you bought was DOA (dead on arrival), the product you bought will be subject to a 50% re-stocking fee.

We not accept change model after you got packages, If you want to change another model, you will be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee.

What is the repair item & exchange policy?
Repair and exchange only on defective units.
For buyer had used old mobile phone we only can support repair service, For some big problem phone we only can promised buyer you will get a well phone back but maybe you will get is another same model used phone or some part changed one.

DOA(Dead on arrived) buyer ship back for exchange new one, zopomobileshop.com will pay ship back to buyer fee.

If request for refund, zopomobileshop.com only refund with your payment total we not refund you ship back to zopomobileshop.com shippment fee.
IN ONE MONTH Report problem for product for fix, buyer need pay ship back fee.
OVER ONE MONTH Buyer need pay ship back fee. (Start from buyer got package 30days)
After you reported to us, please ship back and give us track within 5days. If you not ship back on time you need pay ship back fee too.
We only support and repair we sold out items, please not need ship back other seller or website sold to you items. We will destroy it.

Hardware repair case:
For change hardware buyer need pay cost fee. The hardware price depend on factory request.

What if the item I receive is defective or damaged?
If the item you receive is defective or damaged, you can request a replacement or a refund.

What about ship back to us tax and duty?
Tax and import duty is not included for warranty. We are not liable to any customs hold up or import tax at the receiving country.
To avoid any problem, we highly recommend that buyers use registered mail service as per no need to pay tax
(Buyers have had problems in the past with companies like EMS, TNT, FEDEX, DHL and UPS)

What about when 1 year warranty over time?
When one year warranty time over, we go on support accessories & hardware purchase service.

c'è un altra cosa che non è stata menzionata il numero di ore che il cell è stato usato in conversazione e in navigazione, che si può controllare tramite il menù di sistema, non mi ricordo il numero di ore ma se supera un tot il cell va in garanzia e non viene sostituito.

Esperienza personale di quattro anni fa ora non so se le cose sono cambiate ma non credo.

Allora io non posso perché non ho nessun salva fatto con i firmware stock e dovrei iniziare da capo partendo da gennaio....

Secondo me chi non è soddisfatto o non ha intenzione di aspettare deve rivolgersi a chi glielo ha venduto senza "asciugare" noi altri.
Non si tratta di una partita di telefoni riusciti male, qui siamo tutti nella stessa barca.
Fanno eccezione pochi eletti che dicono di avere un telefono perfetto ma io sono scettico ma non mi soffermo su questo.
Qui troverete solo proprietari arrabbiati ma speranzosi e fiduciosi. Proprietari beta.
Chi non rientra in queste categorie non capisco cosa sta aspettando, le condizioni di acquisto ci sono, l'assistenza tecnica pure...

Buongiorno a tutti,
acquistato 998 a Gennaio e pur essendo conquistato da estetica dello smartphone, l'ho rivenduto causa problemi GPS e AUDIO(avevo installato come ultima ROM la V3).
Ora, notando che Marsapa ha praticamente risolto con la V8 i problemi per cui ho venduto il terminale, mi accingo a acquistarlo nuovamente.
Necessito cortesemente di un Vostri chiarimenti :

Con la V8 devo effettuare ROOT oppure è comprensiva di tale funzione?
Nel caso meglio FRAMAROOT e quale versione oppure VROOT o ancora SROOT?
Posso installare direttamente su ROM STOCK la V8 oppure devo installarne una precedente per poi sovrascrivere l'ultima?
