just go to any electronic store and tell them you are foreign and need to activate that simcard, they will help you..in the end try to send an sms when you are with them, so you can verify

Ok. Did that. They said that the card was activated and I just needed to wait up to 48 hours... It already works now:-) Thanks to all the nice people who replied to this thread
