getting unique traffic with vbulletraffic storm?

sup yall,
i newely joined this forum and apparently this is my first post on this forum..
anyhow, I'm looking for some gurus reviews regarding vbulletin forum poster program named vbulletin traffic storm.. can I manage my board through it? and is it better than ScrapeBoard? in terms of enhancing website's traffic and reliability and speed and posting success rate.
any suggestions from you experts would be awesome. I'm gonna take your replies sincerely. as I'm thinking about opening my wallet and considering buying it..
