Notification sounds no longer work after updating to MIUI 13.0.4.0

Hi guys. I hated Xiaomi forcing you to use Themes to change the notification sound or ringtone, but at least I was able to revoke the privacy after applying the new sound and it still worked.

Now I noticed that everything is custom but my ringtone is not playing any sound and the only solution is to keep the Theme enabled.

Do you guys have any solution to fix this problem, please help me.
