Devi usare flastool di Androxyde non Emma di sony.... Te lo ho linkato sopra.

È proprio.il fladhtool do andro che sto.utilizzando.ma artivato ad un certo punto non sono cosa fare o meglio se procedere o mettere i vari flag

Quale firmware stai provando a flashare?
La procedura è tutta nel link del flashtool.

eccomi.
Il firmware che vorrei utilizzare è la 23.4.A.232 o 23.4.A.264.
la procedura la seguo correttamente. probabilmente le spiegazioni si rivolgono ad una vecchia versione.
attualmente la versione che uso è la 0.19.10

Installa java sul PC o aggiornalo. Utilizzi un proxy per navigare su internet?

Java è installato credo alla versione 7 proverò ad aggiornarlo.
Per navigare su internet uso un piccolo modem wifi della tim (no adsl)

Hai scaricato un firmware Generic Nordic,come mai non hai scelto quello italiano?

Per usare flashtool devi connettere il tuo dispositivo in flashmode.

Il debug USB deve essere attivo.

Ho scaricato la versione italiana
il debug USB è attivo
collego il dispositivo in flashmode ( collego il disposito al PC da spento mentre premo il volume in basso)
i driver mi sembrano installati
il PC ha Windows 10

Windows 10 non lo installerei neppure sul pc del mio peggior nemico...

Il tuo problema sono i driver di comunicazione,collega il tuo z3 in flasmode al pc senza aprire flashtool e controlla in gestione dispositivi che non ci siano punti interrogativi tra i device connessi. Se ne vedi qualcuno trovi tutto nella cartella di flashtool.
