raga, nel forum umidigi ho visto hanno linkato questa pagina, per cercare di fixare il gps
nessuno ha provato questa procedura, e non mi assumo nessuna responsabilità se qualcuno dopo aver provato ha problemi

serve il root (nel crystal dovrebbe essere facile averlo, ho visto che abilitando il menu segreto sviluppatore c'è un opzione per attivare il root)

in alternativa c'è questa applicazione che fa tutto in automatico, necessita il root, ma non so se vada bene con nougat

a me non è arrivato nessun aggiornamento ota....però dagli ultimi messaggi pare dicano finalmente il gps si aggancia

dicono che a quanto pare il problema gps è sotware (per nostra fortuna)

However, today I installed the TopNTP app (which I found on another forum), and since then according to GPS Status, I can lock onto about 8 out of 18 satellites within 30 seconds. I have to say that this is in the outdoors, and once inside the house, the sats are dropped, but my old TomTom did this as well. Give it a try, you have nothing to lose ! My compass now also works accurately, after I realised that I needed to calibrate it whilst it was in a horizontal position, not vertical, as that is how I hold it when looking at the compass ! It would be interesting if everybody who is struggling to get gps fixes could try this test out, and then we may have a better idea if this is hardware or software related. non avevo intuito che era necessaria la modalità avanzata per usare il tasto spoiler, ottimo il fatto ci sia :)

qui ho trovato la procedura per abilitare il GPS UMIDIGI COMMUNITY-UMIDIGI Crystal (4GB)-UMIDIGI Crystal V1.1_20170929 ROM-SPFT release - Powered by Discuz!

il tizio in questione dice che non serve il root, e fuori dalle abitazioni il gps va una meraviglia (l'ha comparato con uno Oneplus5 e non nota differenze), dentro le abitazioni non va tanto bene
se resettate il cell, occorrerà rifare la procedura

1) Enter SERVICE MENU #*#3646633#*# 2) go to Location TAB (on the TOP) 3) Select Location Based Services 4) First Grey Button is GPS(OFF) flick to ON - below that you will see Satelite status updates 5) Change GPS MODE to FULL START 6) You should get Prompt from LocationEM2 asking for permissions - grant ALL 7) Go to last Tab - RAW DATA and flick navigation to ON and measurement to ON - Your GPS should work.

al tizio va, ma ovviamente io non mi prendo alcuna responsabilità se tale procedura genera casini nel cell, provate a vostro rischio e pericolo
io visto l'alta frequenza di aggiornamenti, aspetto altri update via OTA

pare che con l'ultimo update, abbiano risolto i lag e il gps....

La procedura per me non va, nel senso che riavviando il telefono poi si autoresetta ogni 30 secondi.... sto telefono e' per me una grossa fregatura....
Per me UMIDIGI vuol dire Un Mare Intero DI Grosse Idiozie...... Non si puo' vendere un telefono nel 2017 NON PERFETTAMENTE FUNZIONANTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ho usato un immagine totalmente nera per far notare meglio la cosa
rimangono degli aloni bianchi vicino al jack, non vorrei che a lungo andare si rovina quella parte di schermo, oppure i pixel relativi a quella zona

si vede che nella progettazione del cell hanno messo il jack troppo vicino allo schermo, e dato lo spessore sottile e lo spazio ristretto è sorta questa problematica

non capisco però se solo a me o a tutti quanti c'è sta cosa....rispondete thanks
