sono un nuovo iscritto ed approfitto subito per chiedervi un supporto, sperando di trovare un valido aiuto: sto cercando da qualche giorno di aggiornare il S.O. del mio Ace (attualmente in versione 2.2.1), con una versione più aggiornata. Purtroppo credo che Kies abbia problemi su Windows7 a 64bit, infatti l'app mi va in crash al pannello "Preparing firmware upgrade components...".
