dopo 8 giorni è ancora su prenotato...li contatto e mi dicono, dopo 3 giorni, "aspetta" e ora mi arriva l'email per dare il feedback dell'ordine -.-

In Italia diciamo tanto di sda ma dhl mi sembra uguale ne non peggio... Giovedì mattina il pacco era a Milano:per raggiungere Torino ci sono voluti due giorni pieni, ci mettevano meno a piedi. Uno dei due giorni il pacco è rimasto fermo in magazzino... Bah...

comunque dopo le email di supporto, finalmente adesso mi rispondono seriamente (a quanto pare se non lo fanno prima loro, risulti in coda anche lì)

premetto che tutto andava bene, ordine confermato addebito su postepay fatto da google, email di acquisto ricevuta.
poi ho seguito il consiglio della guida di cambiare la password dell' account che avevo creato e quasi immediatamente mi hanno annullato l'ordine.
vi chiedo aiuto. un grosso AIUTO grazie in anticipo.
