Mediacom phonepad g530 wifi fix and google play ?

Hi guys.
Im new and i only speak english.
I have problem with my device mediacom phonepad g530.
Problem is on my google service and wifi.
My wifi is always grey icon no blue, and my internet working only for browser,youtube,facebook and other apps, not working on my google play and other google service why ?

How to fix this problem on this mobile ?
Please help me and thanks guys
