[Guida] Nexus toolkit | sblocco| root | backup| factory restore

ciao a tutti volevo sapere visto che per la versione non donatori non è ancora uscita la versione che supporta la 4.2.2 per sbloccare e fare il root posso usare la 4.2.1??? scusate se è già stato detto ma non sono sicuro :)

Confermo !
La verisone NON DONATORI non è nativamente capace di gestire device con versione di android uguale a 4.2.2
MI sembra che esistano dei workaround per superare il rpbpema almeno per i driver ma non ho approfondito in quanto ho la veriosen donate
Esistono comunque soluzioni alternative

A me ha funzionato tranquillamente. Ho scelto la release che si avvicinava di più alla 4.2.2 (4.2.1 mi sembra) ed è andato tutto liscio

Entrambe le 2 guide sono già compatibili per 4.2.2 .. e si viene sempre a chiedere se questa Guida in questo thread è compatibile..

For people who do not want or cannot get the Auto Update versions you can download 4.2.2 (if available) from Goo.im Downloads - Browsing stock and flash it via the Toolkit. You can download TWRP 2.4.4.0 fromhttp://goo.im/devs/mskip/recovery/galaxy_nexus and flash it via the Toolkit. You can also update from adb files for 4.2.2 by downloading Goo.im Downloads - Browsing adb…_for_4.2.2.zip and overwriting the files. SuperSU can be updated to the latest version from the app.

[Auto Updates are only accessible if you have donated to the Toolkit project, received an activation code and unlocked the professional features. Auto Updates are a much faster and easier way of pushing small updates that would otherwise not be worth doing. I can push a single textual change or add support for a new build without having to go through the whole process of building a full version and uploading a large file. IF you are not able to or do not want to donate to unlock the Auto Update feature (and other professional features) then all the smaller updates are collated and a full build made when I have time or if there are enough updates to warrant it. RAgazzi scusate per la domanda stupida, ma io ho ccercato (su win7) di isntallare i driver come è scritto lì, ma windows non me li trova!Per di più se avvio il toolkit non mi da come opzione un sistema con 4.2.2 . Mi spiegate per favore?

Salve gente, 2 settimane fa ho usato questo toolkit per montare la mia prima rom e devo ammettere che è una manna dal cielo!
Adesso che ne ho ancora bisogno ho deciso di fare la donazione, purtroppo ora mi serve perchè devo rimandare in garanzia il GN.
Comprato da computermemory, dopo 6 mesi mi hanno sostituito il primo, questo dopo 1 mese ha iniziato a spegnere lo shermo in maniera strana da solo. Magari la sfiga mi perseguita ed ho beccato 2 GN sfigati (il primo sembrava avere problemi di blocco imei), fatto sta che computermemory soldi da me non ne prende più.
Condivisa questa esperinza che magari può essere utile per qualcuno passiamo alla domanda. Ora che devo rimandarlo in garanzia qual'è la procedura?
Nel post 3 c'è scritto di installare la rom stock con il toolkit, e poi blocco il bootloader. ma non mi rimane la recovery modificata? e non devo fare il re-lock?

La recovery viene sovrascritta dall'originale, devi solo ribloccare il bootloader.
