Ma come mai che su xda c'è il link del boot 10x (JB) e la rom è ancora la 9.7.2?

tutti stanno passando a JB , poiche' la ruu leakata e' la stabile ( suppongo la definitiva o quasi)!

( serve la recovery stock? devo tornare alla rom stock prima di ribloccare?)

questo è quello che dice la guida per la insert coin:

1. Find your CID.
There are serveral methods to find out your CID.
a. Market App CID Getter
b. via fastboot
You need to reboot your phone in hboot mode. How to get in HBOOT (bootloader) mode?
Either by powering off and power on with vol-down key pressed and selecting hboot or with phone booted on and connected to PC: adb reboot bootloader.
Once your’re in HBOOT (bootloader)
fastboot getvar cid.
See if your Value Matches with this list:
cidnum: HTC__001
cidnum: HTC__E11
cidnum: HTC__203
cidnum: HTC__102
cidnum: HTC__405
cidnum: HTC__Y13
cidnum: HTC__A07
cidnum: HTC__304
cidnum: HTC__M27
cidnum: HTC__032
cidnum: HTC__016
cidnum: HTC__J15

If you get a match you may proceed to step 2. If not, well you are out of luck, stop now.

BEFORE PROCEEDING TO STEP 2 I WILL WARN YOU THAT FLASHING THE FIRMWARE IS A ONE WAY STREET, ONCE YOU FLASHED THE FIRMWARE YOU CAN NOT USE ANY ICS ROMS OR CM10 / AOKP! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

2.Download the NEW FIRMWARE
3.Reboot your phone in hboot mode (bootloader) – see step 1 on how to do that if you don’t know!
4 LOCK YOUR DEVICE! With phone in hboot mode and connected to pc type in a command promp(cmd): fastboot oem lock.
5.Flash the new firmware. WITH THE PHONE BOOTED AND CONNECTED TO PC type in a cmd: adb reboot oem-78. after your phone reboots in a cmd type:
fastboot flash zip c:\firmware.zip (of course replace c:\ to the actual path you saved the firmware)
You will see at the end of the command ” FAILED (remote: 90 hboot pre-update! please flush image again immediately)” . DO NOT PANIC
Run the Command Again – this time it SHOULD BE SUCCESSFUL . IF ITS NOT REDO THE STEP. IT MUST BE SUCCESSFUL OTHERWISE THE ROM WILL NOT WORK
6. Unlock your phone again
7. Flash Custom recovery
8. Flash the boot.img included in this rom.zip
9. Boot into recovery. Flash the rom
10. Profit

infatti stò scaricando la one maximus per provarla, non penso possano esserci molte differenze

dicono che una volta installato JB poi nn si può tornare indietro perché cambia l'hboot

si si ho letto e per il CID sono apposto! ( HTC__405)
quello che mi lascia dubbi e' il flash della RUU, per 2 motivi:
1- quale diamine devo scaricare fra tutte quelle disponibili? ( nessuno le menziona nelle mini guide, ma parecchia gente ha dovuto flasharla -.-)
2- dovrei tornare su windows per flasharla ( ormai uso praticamente solo mac e linux -.-) e dovrei anche mettermi a scaricare adb, fastboot ( e le DLL necessarie) nonchè htc sync ( che odio)

per il blocco, risblocco e riflash delle varie cose non e' un problema, ma vorrei mi fosse chiara la situazione della RUU. serve? forse serve? non serve? BOH! :bd:

che casino èflashar sta rom??? io non ci sto capendo nulla

studia per noi!Facci sapere come si fa!!cmq credo che la nuova versione la mettono su tra poco, il post è cambiato mancano i link e la guida!!
