per il fastboot devo essere in bootloader e credo scrivere in minuscolo.....

ma quando provo a flashare recovery non va, nemmeno me la fa trascinare dentro

praticamente se provo a reistallare la recovery custome che sia cwm o twrp "cannot load cwm.img" perche?

Non mi sembra sia un problema di recovery DEX, o di file.
Il bootloader è andato secondo me, lo vede bloccato. Praticamente devi risbloccare il bootloader prima di fare il flash della recovery.

Prova prima fastboot erase cache
