Per farlo devi avere istallato un programma che si chiama sqlite (questo è uno dei tanti) perchè altrimenti non puoi modificare il database dal tab.
Dopo che hai questo segui le istruzioni che cristian ha postato con collegamento dalla prima pagina. Anzichè usare una shell io sono arrivato alla cartella giusta utilizzando root explorer. La stessa domanda la feci io qualche giorno fa.

Android cerca di montartelo in fat ma é formattato ntfs.
O usi ntfs-3g che trovi qui nel post o usi il modulo che ti ho incluso in questo kernel che però funziona read only.
In entraMbi i casi devi montarlo a a mano, ad esempio
busybox mount -t ntfs /dev/sda1 /mnt/udisk
Cosi lo monta in ntfs read only
