yeah, install baseband 3.89, just flash it from TWRP.

LTE works on SIM2

But SIM1 doesn't see network signal at all
Should I make dalvik and cache wipe? Or what?

Well, I never used my Z7 with two SIMs so I am not sure. Dalvik and cache wipe does not hurt, though. Try it.

As you know Z7 lacks B20 band of LTE, so check also with your provider if they use B20 in your spot.

Problem is - according to SIM1 there is no connection (signal strenght = 0)
I even can't make or receive a call or text message

mmhmm...it sounds like an hardware issue. Before flashing CM14 Beta11, did SIM1 work?

Yes, worked also on CM14, before update of baseband

I tried to switch the SIMs, phone recognizes both ok, but still SIM1 don't work and SIM2 works fine.

I updated baseband with both cards inserted. You think I fried card or slot?

I do not think so. Can you roll back to the previous baseband?

Hmm, I have to guess which one was it - it was installed 1,5 year ago with CM12...
But, of course - it is still somewhere on my disk

For now, tried to remove both cards, wipe and installl baseband 3.89 again. Boot with cards
Nothing changed

Installed back version of baseband 3.77, still the same
