[ROM] GALNET MIUI - Based on Official MIUI

purtroppo anche provando con diverso modulo radio e kernel differente, il problema consumi rimane, ed è l'unico reale difetto della MIUI al momento. Darky mi garantiva quasi 3 giorni di carica, ma al momento è già tanto se riesco a farci un giorno. Le ho provate praticamene tutte ...

AGGIUNTA: mi confermate che non c'è alcun modo al momento per far andare una MIUI con base GingerBread e contemporaneamente far andare la MicroSD? Neanche formattandola in ext3/4? Thanks!

La mia microsd viene perfettamente riconosciuta....e non la formatto da una vita...devi controllare che nella directory principale della sdcard interna ci sia la cartella external_sd, se non c'è devi crearla tu e riavviare. A questo punto dovrebbe riconoscerla...Sono mesi ormai che CM7/Miui riconoscono l'sd esterna..

Quanto alla durata batteria,un giorno pieno lo fa...e per ora viste le prestazioni assolutamente non paragonabili alle rom stock based,mi basta.

occhio che gianni parla di bootloader ginger..tu probabilmente hai base froyo
E' appurato infatti che con bootloader ginger il battery drain è assente ma nel contempo ci sono altri problemini tra cui la sd esterna non riconosciuta.

Ciao a tutti. Ieri mi sono deciso ad installare questa bellissima rom, e a parte l'eccessivo consumo della batteria per ora non ho riscontrato alcun problema. Unica cosa: Ho installato il file 1.7.22 ma nelle info del telefono mi dice che è installata la 1.7.15
Ho riflesciato il tel, provato a cambiare kernel ma il problema è rimasto. Qualcuno può darmi qualche delucidazione in merito

As you all know, we have been working based on what the official MIUI developers have been releasing each week, and you'll also know the trouble we've had due to their source code being closed off, well now things are going to change...

In-house Custom Framework

We have built our own custom framework as a new, solid foundation to build from. This new framework is a blend of the MIUI framework and our own unique framework, which means that we no longer have to fight our way through all the encrypted, closed source of what the MIUI deveopers release. We now have full control over the rom, and can now do as we like with it in order to produce the best possible ROM that we can!

This leads neatly on to other improvements that we have made:

Vastly improved battery life

While battery life hasn't been too bad of late, we have found new ways of increasing the battery life drastically, even to the point of being comparable to the life that you get from stock roms. We know that pretty much every developer says "Brilliant Battery Life!!", but we mean what we say, and we are always looking at how it can be improved.

Dramatically improved UI, Speed and Stability

Because we have built our own custom framework, it has enabled us to bring the true speed and stability out into the open. With a huge amount of code clearup, and further speed improvements it means you get to truly unleash the natural speed of your phone, as well as seeing it in all of it's true SuperAMOLED glory thanks to improving the native colour handling.

This is only a tiny bit of what we have been doing, and it's getting better with each day of development, but what does all of this mean for you? Allow us to explain...

What this means for you is that you can have a ROM that is more optimised for your phone. This means that it will run as close to perfectly with your phone as possible, more so than even previous GalnetMIUI releases have. You will finally have the chance to be able to see what GalnetMIUI is supposed to be like, and will still get better and better as we do more work to fully integrate it with your phone.

This milestone release of GalnetMIUI is getting closer to being release ready, and we thought that we would share some of what we have done so far to give you a small taste of what you can expect when we are finally ready to release this, the most overhauled evolution of a revolution ever made!

Dici? Lui ha scritto base,che è diverso da bootloader...Miui come Cm7 sono su base gingerbread aosp 2.3.4

io spero che tutto quello che ha citato EddardStark e in particolare questo passo sia vero e non solo chiacchiere...
sto quasi pensando di passare a una rom samsung per questo mese che mi sono attivato la promozione per internet... usando la metà dei dati che ho a disposizione al giorno (50 MB) non riesco ad arrivare a fine giornata...

io non riesco ancora a capire se i cinesi baseranno il utto sulla #70 cyano ovvero con 2.3.5!!!
