[KERNEL JB dual boot] SIYAH - one kernel to rule them all (GS3)

Buonasera quindi da ora é possibile avere il dual boot su S3?

...1.7b2 online...dai Jaco...smettila di cazzeggiare e aggiorna...:D:D
v1.7b2 is up.
it is distributed as kernel+recovery together. so, flashing cwm or tar package will install both.
if you prefer another recovery then you will have to flash it after flashing v1.7b2
I tested installing cm10 and some samsung roms (with or without aroma installer) to 2ndROM.
you have to remember one thing: you will have to "Format 2ndROM system" if you are installing a new ROM.
why? because updater scripts format system partition but I have no control on the updater binary and it makes system.img size 0.
I prevented the formatting part but you have to do it yourself if you are installing a ROM but not an update or a theme

Sto facendo un upgrade alla mia massa fisica mediante frittura di calamari e spinaci saltati.... Poi coppa di frutti di bosco. Quindi ora non ho tempo, lo faccio dopo. :D

c'è qualcosa che non va. ho installato la 1.7b2. ho clonato la rom1, e sulla rom2 ho messo la cm10 (fatti prima i wipe e poi install zip).
quando riavvio e entro in boot rom2 lo schermo diventa nero e non va avanti.

edit: ho risolto, ho rifatto tutto ero sta andando

Perfetto, scaricata la v1.7b2. Ora la flasho e provo il dual boot :D Una domanda, una volta settato il Kernel con i vari parametri gli stessi sono identici per tutte e due le rom? La domanda sarà banale ma a consumi come si comporta il 1.7b2?

Ciao, no puoi scegliere parametri diversi per ogni rom, i consumi variano ad esempio come 1' rom uso la wanamlite con dei settaggi che ho messo un po' di giorni fa e va piuttosto bene, invece con la cyanogemod che ho flashato ieri non ho ancora modificato i parametri e consuma parecchio, però è davvero fluida come rom

Grazie. Quindi posso differenziare i parametri per le due rom... stupendo :D io per ora monto la Omega V27.2 e come seconda volevo montare la Paranoid v.2.18... (ho scelto paranoid e non la CM10 in quanto ogni 2 secondi ne tirano fuori una ahahahah)
