Confermo che il dual boot funziona come dici tu, lo provai qualche tempo fa e funziona senza nessun problema o rallentamento!
Una domanda, l'altro giorno, dopo una formattazione completa e dopo aver flashato il Kernel con la CM 11 del 26, con un fonometro scaricato dal Play Store, ho notato che in un ambiente completamente silenzioso, segna 40/42 decibel e, se parlo normalmente arriva addirittura a 98/99! Come è possibile? È un problema (come il Googy Max "precedente") sedi sensibilità del microfono o magari un problema hardware? Grazie!!

2- Go to flash zip menu then choose where your zip is (sdcard/sdcard1) and choose to flash ROM (not ZIP) to 2ndrom then choose your cm11 file

C) nel punto 2 e 2.1, i wipe?
D) nel punto 3, da che recovery riflasho il googy max2?
E) quando poi dovrò aggiornare la 2nd rom devo rifare tutti i passaggi?

Ho trovato spiegazioni e guide da parte dello sviluppatore della recovery per il dualboot, così si riuscirà a capire meglio la "guida" che ha scritto googymax:

Important: if you want to use this kernel for dualboot, i highly recommend flashing my recovery as well.

General information about the recovery:
dualboot menu.
in this menu you can:
* create the secondary system partition (needed to be run once, if you want to install a second rom)

Install-zip menu:
you'll notice there is a new menu, where to select what you want to flash.
if you select kernel, rom or recovery, the zip gets installed as it is.
if you select zipt to pri./sec. filesystem, it is selfexplanary
if you select rom to secondary fs, the zip gets modified to install to the sec. fs. IF YOU WANT TO INSTALL IT TO PRIMARY FS LATER SOME TIME, YOU NEED TO REDOWNLOAD THE FILE!
if you select rom to primary filesystem, it gets installed there, and you can use the same zip later again.

How to install a second rom:
make sure you have already created ssecondary system partition! if not, go to dualboot menu and create it now (this may take some minutes)
The savest way is the way by using nandroids: if you don't have a nandroid already, create one now. Then just select your backup, and restore it to secondary filesystem.
you now should already be able to boot into primary or secondary rom (which are both the same now).
now you can install any other rom as primary.
if you want to install a new rom directly as secondary,
make sure there are no spaces in the filename!,
then just go to install zip. you'll notice there's a new menu at some point.
in this menu you can select where you want to install, and what type of file it is.
if you choose rom to sec. fs, your zip files itself gets modified to be installed to secondary fs. this may take a minute, because the files needs to get zipped again. Imporant: this file is permanently modified. if you think you need it later again, you should redownload it, because the modified one would always install as secondary.

installing a rom as primary, a zip to primary or zip to secondary fs, does not modify the zip.


Additional information:
roms coming with an aroma installer are hard to handle, as every dev can place own commands into it. It's impossible for me, to take care of every possibility. Because of this, it should be the best method, to flash a rom with aroma installer as primary one (and then move it to secondary, by using the nandroid method, if you want it to be secondary).

Initial Setup
1) Have you flashed the dual-boot (aka DB ) kernel yet? If yes, go to step 3

2) Flash the DB kernel: Go to the DB OP here and flash the version for your model type - xda-developers N7100 is for non-LTE models and t0lte is LTE enabled (AT&T, Verizon, etc). The zip will NOT list recovery in the name...

3) Have you flashed the DB recovery? If yes, go to step 5

4) Flash the DB Recovery: Navigate to DB OP listed above and flash the version for your model type (as in step 2 above)

5) Have you created the secondary system partition? If yes, go to step 7

6) Create the secondary partition image: Boot into the DB recovery and select Dual Boot Menu > enable mounting secondary and then select create secondary system image (also under Dual Boot Menu". This will take a couple of minutes. This only has to be done once.

7) Ready to flash primary or secondary ROMs: Note: It is probably a good idea to get in the habit of always selecting the FS (primary or secondary) that you want to affect just to ensure you don't wipe the wrong one, etc. Select Dual boot menu > enable mounting of (pri or sec.)... It stays selected until you boot into recovery and change it. You will see recovery flash (reload) with the appropriate FS selected. Obviously, don't select it again - logic loop... :P

8 ) You at least need to follow standard ROM installation instructions at this point such as wipe data, etc (as appropriate). Wipe Data/Factory Reset will leave the ROM (typical) and the 2nd option (wipe data-cache-system-preload) will wipe out the ROM completely so you can start "clean". Only the selected FS is modified so the other ROM is not affected. All apps and data are separate for each ROM. SD card storage is common so keep that in mind for an app that exists in both ROMs.

9) Installing to the primary partition does not need any special instructions. You should have already selected "enable primary". Select "Install zip" > Choose zip from sdcard or external > ROM to Primary FS. The difference between the "ROM" and "Zip" selections is that zips do not typically explicitly access the file systems - they use references in recovery.fstab which DerTeufel modified to point to the appropriate locations depending on your selection (primary or secondary). Yes, choosing install zip might work for installing a ROM to primary but NOT to secondary. Also, the intention is to avoid confusion.

10) Installing to the secondary partition MIGHT be more problematic since the zip has to be modified first to replace FS references with the secondary locations. When you select this option, it can take a couple of minutes since it is changing the references and then re-zipping to a modified file on the SD card. Note: The original will be gone (at least if it was originally on the SD rather than the external SD) so make a copy, etc before proceeding if you want it to be available for standard/primary flashing in the future. The modified file will always install to the secondary partition after being modified. Note: Complicated install scripts (such as AROMA) will likely fail. If you want an AROMA based installation then the safest way is to install it to the primary partition, ensure it is working, make a backup and then restore the backup to the secondary partition (using the DB recovery of course). Backup/restore will be detailed below.

11) Recovery does not automatically mount /system, and /data so ensure /cache and these are already mounted before running a zip that will need to modify them

12) Avoiding MTP issues: After flashing a ROM, recovery prompts you to install the DB kernel again. Otherwise, the kernel installed with your ROM will not be able to boot the secondary ROM. However, if you do flash the DB kernel right away (for now at least) you may have a problem with MTP (access from a PC over USB ). If you boot the new ROM (with the ROM's kernel which will work for PRIMARY) then MTP should be working. You can then flash the DB kernel after rebooting to recovery and MTP will still work (afaik). Similar to the AROMA note above, you might want to install a ROM to primary first even if you want it in the secondary partition. The install script will not need to be modified and a normal kernel will boot the ROM so MTP will work. Then you can flash the DB kernel, make a backup and restore to the secondary. Hopefully, this is only temporary but at least this workaround exists.

13) Ready to flash zips to primary or secondary ROMs Flashing gapps, etc. simply requires that the correct FS is enabled, /system and /data (as necessary) are mounted and select your target under "Install zip" > "Choose zip from..." > Zip to (primary or secondary).

spero che così qualcuno riesca a capire cosa abbia voluto scrivere googymax nella sua "guida" per il dualboot in modo tale da riuscircelo poi a spiegare e a fare una guida in italiano passo-passo (io non riesco altrimenti l' avrei fatto io )

però sono riuscito a rispondere ad alcuni miei dubbi:

A) la recovery per il dualboot da flashare, probabilmente è da flashare dalla cwm e probabilmente la sostituirà
B,C) i wipe sono menzionati al punto 8 della guida originale
D) tutti i passaggi menzionati sono da eseguire con la recovery per il dualboot flashata in precedenza

Ho installato qualche giorno fa questo Kernel (2.1.1) insieme alla CM 11. Funziona tutto, esattamente come con il Googy Max con la CM 10.2. Tuttavia, con un'app per misurare i decibel, ho notato che in totale assenza di rumore segna 40/42 decibel, e se parlo normalmente senza urlare lontano dal microfono arriva a 90/95! È un difetto del Kernel (che, se non mi sbaglio, affliggeva anche il Googy Max) oppure è un problema hardware? Grazie!!

come unisco le 2 cose?

Lo so che ti sei già risposto parzialmente da solo, ma voglio comunque risponderti in modo completo attingendo a quello che ho fatto ieri:
A) La recovery può essere flashata da qualsiasi recovery (io l'ho fatta da quella della Googy-Max perché avevo già quella)
B) Se tu non hai già una seconda ROM devi creare la partizione da dualboot menu -> Create 2nd partition (o simile)
C) Se hai appena creato la partizione della seconda ROM (Punto 1a) la partizione è pulita quindi non è necessario (se comunque la ROM dopo l'installazione da problemi effettua un full wipe e reinstallala), se invece avevi già una ROM, quindi hai saltato il passo 1a, devi ovviamente fare i wipe (la recovery comprende un'opzione di Clean per una nuova ROM, la trovi nei wipe data)
D) Il Kernel può essere flashato da qualsiasi recovery, solo il dualboot deve essere gestito dalla DerTeufel1980
E) Se devi cambiare ROM basta fare il wipe della 2° partizione (trovi la scelta sotto i menu dei wipe data) e flashare la nuova ROM (Seleziona flash new ROM e non new ZIP, se dopo l'installazione devi fare altri flash come le GApps per esempio devi fare flash a new ZIP)(Per i wipe puoi usare l'opzione Clean for a new ROM che trovi sempre sotto il menu dei wipe data)

Dopo averti risposto do anche alcune dritte sull'uso:
Per flashare Recovery, Kernel o Modem dalla DerTeufel1980 bisogna scegliere l'opzione apposita nel menu del flash.
Dopo aver re-installato la 2° ROM (perché aveva precedentemente fallito il flash; la ROM è la CM11 di Temasek) ho avuto problemi col Kernel (non si accendeva più, si bloccava alla scritta Samsung Galaxy S3 e diventava tutto nero), ho avviato in recovery, riflashato il kernel ed è partito tutto
Se avete problemi col primo avvio della 2° ROM fate un full wipe (senza l'opzione Clean for a new ROM perché se la ROM precedente aveva qualche problema quell'opzione da qualche problema), riflashate e dovrebbe andare tutto.
