Fix detection of CDMA cell broadcast messages.

The bIsServicePresent field of an incoming CDMA SMS RIL message
is not a reliable way to distinguish broadcast from point-to-point
messages on some RILs. Change CDMA SmsMessage.getMessageType() to
return MESSAGE_TYPE_BROADCAST when the service category is not 0,
and MESSAGE_TYPE_POINT_TO_POINT when the service category is 0.

Fix our interpretation of apn setting's bearer.

Between ICS and JB we changed it to use TelephonyManager's network type
enumeration. This changes it back to represent the RIL's radio
technology. The only diff between the two is 13 and 14 are swapped,
so the change was causing problems with LTE and eHRPD.

Allora io stò continuando a flashare e poi mi tocca reistallare tutte le app.....qunalcuno mi aveva spiegato come fare il backup sul dispositivo e ho controllato ed è ancora come prima come posso fare per nn reistallare a mano tutto??? qualcuno mi aveva parlato di Titanium ma con il free....devo farlo una per una

Io a volte pigio pigio ma non lo prende...e prima non mi è mai successo.

Spero di non tornare su un tema già trattato,
nelle impostazioni non mi riesce di decidere come meglio
settare il Governor, la CPU adesso la tengo a 1408 / 312 MHz
ma ho dubbi sul governor.
Vorrei un equilibrio tra performance e risparmio.

Inizialmente usavo lagfree ma aveva una cosa che non mi piaceva.
Per esempio, se stava a 1600 e poi xoom poteva riposarsi, prima di arrivare a 216 si faceva 2 minuti di ogni frequenza intermedia. Sprecando un sacco di batteria.
Da un po' sta su interactive e non mi lamento.
