usb: gadget: Don't mess with the AHB Bus Clock

This essentially reverts the part of f9ba61413 ("usb: gadget:
Gadget USB optimization") that "Set[s the] AHB bus clock to
240Mhz when USB1 gadget is enabled.". Turns out that we don't
need to do this anyway as our OC efforts bump the AHB to 300MHz,
plus on some Xooms just doing clk_get("sclk") hang their
devices. We leave in the "STREAM DISABLE" part of the
optimization, however (per the Tegra2 TRM: "helpful to avoid
overrun/underruns with the system load is too high").

net: wireless: bcmdhd: Remove WIPHY_FLAG_SUPPORTS_FW_ROAM flag

If driver advertises FW_ROAM, the supplicant wouldn't send
the BSSID & Freq in the connect command allowing the driver
to choose the AP to connect to. But unless we support ROAM_CACHE
in firware this will delay the ASSOC as the FW need to do a full
scan before attempting to connect.

Aumentare la fraquenza del processore rende il tablet più prestazionale e fluido a descapito magari della batteria
Ti consiglio di non esagerare far comunque lavorare troppo il processore lo rende meno durevole

Ti consiglio per ora solo aggiornare alla #109 , stai con quei valori.. vanno bene.
