[KERNEL][3.0.x][JB] K^Kernel 3.0.x per JB 4.1.2 e JB 4.2.2

Ciao a tutti,
ho rilasciato le build della versione v2.5 del kernel:

- Kernel 3.0.86
- Sources synched with jb-3.0 repo of Arco68 for JB-4.1.2 (CM 10) kernel builds
- Sources synched with cm-10.1_3.0 repo of Arco68 for JB 4.2.2 (CM 10.1) kernel builds
- Built with my latest custom Linaro 4.7.4-2013.07 toolchain optimized for Cortex-A8
- Fixed lost of the touchscreen configuration after suspend (credits and thanks to CastagnaIT)
- LowMemoryKiller management of not killable processes (implemented by me, thanks to CastagnaIT for the original idea of this feature)

Ciao raga, ma perche' ci sono due versioni del K^Kernel..il 3.0.x ed il 3.4.x?

Qual'e' il piu' performante per il nostro cell?

Ciao Ninosoft,
il kernel 3.0 è per tutte le rom JB 4.1.2 e per le rom JB 4.2.2 che sono state concepite per il kernel 3.0 (alcune precedenti versioni della Slimbean ad esempio).
Sulle rom JB 4.2.2 (CM 10.1 e derivate) che hanno originariamente un kernel 3.0, il kernel 3.4 funziona correttamente ad eccezione del tethering wifi che richiede, appunto, il vecchi kernel 3.0.
Stesso discorso vale per le rom JB 4.2.2 (CM 10.1 e derivate) più recenti, che hanno originariamente un kernel 3.4 e dei nuovi driver wifi, l'apposita versione 3.0 funziona correttamente ad eccezione del tethering wifi che richiede, appunto, il nuovo kernel 3.4.
Ci sono poi utenti, su XDA, che preferiscono usare il vecchio 3.0 anche sulle nuove rom, anche se non ne vedo tanto il motivo, le prestazioni sono più o meno in linea e lo stesso vale per il battery drain.
Diciamo che cerco di accontentare un po' tutti, da chi usa la vetusta CM 9, o la CM 10, a chi usa la più recente CM 10.1...

Certo, in poche parole, con il kernel 3.4 sono cambiati i driver wifi ed è stata necessaria una modifica lato rom per il corretto funzionamento del tethering wifi.
Quindi se la rom ha originariamente un kernel 3.4, il tethering funzionerà con tutti i vari kernel 3.4.

- Revert "ARM: 7765/1: perf: Record the user-mode PC in the call chain.", this should solve the battery charging failures (credits and thanks to Arco68)
