Ciao, ho trovato su subito.it un'annuncio di vendita di un galaxy S2, contatto il venditore per qualche info, e mi risponde:

LUI:Il telefono è nuovo, sigillato, il lavoro in qualsiasi rete, e hanno due anni di garanzia internazionale dal produttore. Il prezzo per un telefono è di 250 euro. Ora ho un offerta se compri 2 telefoni cellulari si paga solo 400 euro. Per una migliore comunicazione, la preghiamo di rispondere a me in inglese.

It`s not a problem for me to pay the delivery taxes. I have a contract with factory in USA and I`m buying the phones at a good price from USA in large quantity, I put a little profit and I sell them in whole Europe. So if you are interested in purchase the item reply me asap and i will tell you the future details of the process. Also if you have more question I will be glad to help you. 1. I will send the package to the shipping company;
2. The shipping company will review the package and start the delivery to you;
3. When the package is on his custody the shipping company will contact you and send you the bill and the tracking number, together with all instructions;
4. During this time you can see on the web all about your package (you can see what's in your package), meanwhile you have 36 hours to confirm the payment to the shipping company.
5. You must deposit the money in a bank account of the shipping company.
6. After you confirm the payment, in 3-5 days the package comes directly to your door.
7. The company keeps your money 14 days, in these 14 days you can tell if you want the phone or want to make a refund;
8. If you want to refund the package, you will receive all your money back, and the package will be shipped back to me, on my costs.
9. If you communicate to the shipping company that you want to keep the phone, they will release the money to me.
If you agree with these conditions please send your name, last name, address, city, zip code in order to send your package.

Secondo vuoi è una truffa? il sistema sembra semplice e sicuro, ma sono anche sicuro che nessundo venderebbe un cellulare di questo genere a 250€ nuovo, oppure a 400€ 2 cellulari!

ho pensato alla bufala principalmente per la questione prezzo, che è impossibile. Questo sistema non lo avevo mai sentito, e non capivo cosa voleva dire con "shipping company".

allora per il pagamento visto che non ho una carta prepagata vorrei che andassi su amazon compri delle cose che ti dico io e le fai spedire a casa di un mio amico capito è molto semplice bastache acquisti quelle cose e poi clikki sulla casella "questo è un regalo" e li fai spedire a casa del mio amico alla conferma dell'arrivo spedisco il galaxy a casa tua è imballato prezzo degli articoli che devi acquistare 341,79
quindi sarebbe questo il prezzo del galaxy le spese di spedizione sono a carico mio (quelle del galaxy) invece quelle di amazon sono gratuite

Dai ci sono tantissimi negozi seri che vendono solo online e quindi hanno prezzi bassi. Considera che io ne ho trovato uno anche qui a Lecce e quindi ho organizzato un ritiro a mano... un sgs2 nuovo ita lo ho pagato 430 e europa lo vendeva a 399... questo a novembre... ora penso sia sceso come prezzo...

Se lo vuoi usato cerca di organizzare uno scambio a mano e fatti mostrare che funzioni! Prova qui nel mercatino o su ebay e mi raccomando usa paypal!
Occhio che ci sono tanti modi in cui potrebbero fregarti anche con lo scambio a mano...

Ah, una considerazione sugli annunci: quando è troppo bello per essere vero.... NON È VERO! ;-)

ma perchè ti complichi la vita? altra PALESE truffa..il mondo purtroppo è pieno di queste schifezze..piuttosto fatti in giro in sezione mercatino e vedi se c'è qualcosa che ti interessa! ti ricordo, scambia a mano!
