Non vorrei tediarvi ulteriormente con un semplice caso di DOA
Ho però pensato che potrebbe essere utile a qualcuno.
Non mi é chiaro se ho a che fare con onesti incapaci che seguono pedissequamente un
protocollo in lingua inglese scritto da altri senza le conoscenze né l'autorizzazione per
modificarlo a seconda dei casi, o di consapevoli insabbiatori convinti che la miglior
soluzione sia stancare il cliente e metterlo in difficoltà con chiarimenti non dovuti e
procedure assurde.
Evidentemente tutto ciò é permesso dalle regole commerciali alle quali, loro e non noi, fanno riferimento.
E se un qualsiasi acquirente non padrone delle lingua inglese o troppo occupato da lavoro e obblighi familiari
si trovasse nelle stesse condizioni?
A voi trarre le dovute conclusioni.

So far I have patiently answered all your odd requests for a simple "dead-on-arrival" case.
Regretfully your incapacity is so evident and boring that I have to answer once again, although I considered the claim closed.
- I wrote you can close the claim and I dont want any refund but you still want to credit me with $35.-
- you asked for IMEI code, video and pictures for an item you sold to me. Now you say the code is wrong. Do you think you are
talking to a cheater?
No answer would be the easiest way. In case of future problems, I had rather throw the Vernee into the paper basket than asking you for further shameful assistance.
