Per quanto riguarda l' opzione nello specifico, serve per migliorare, o la precisione dell' emulazione, oppure la velocità di emulazione.
In genere io lascio sempre al 50%, con override attivo.
PS: alcuni giochi, come per esempio un Wind Waker, ha bisogno del 200% in emulation speed, per funzionare bene (oppure disattivando la voce override e lasciare in nativa, come nel caso di un Bloody Roar).
