ERRORE: ILLEGAL DEVICE

Ho comprato purtroppo una smart tv della mediacom

dopo un ripristino di fabbrica (si era impallato tutto dopo solo 2 ore di uso "normale", nessuno smanettamento), il dispositivo mi dice "Certificate Center This device is not supported" e in alto a sinistra rimane permanente la scritta "Illegal Device, It is not able to activate your device, please try again later"

Ovviamente la rete c'è.

ora che faccio ?! Siamo sotto Natale, l'assistenza Mediacom è chiusa, e il centro di assistenza a cui l'ho portato a negato la riparazione perchè si occupano solo di tablet e telefoni, e devo spedirlo al negozio dove l'ho comprato, che è altrettanto chiuso sino al 7 ...

mi spiace, ma l'unica soluzione è stato effettuare il rooting a mano, tramite comandi adb.

non so quale di precisa, ma uno dei comandi ha 'risolto' questo problema.

prova a fare il rooting...

Riassunto procedura

1. Scarica e decomprimi questo archivio: https://copy.com/vt1B9QzPaEuQ
2. Attiva la modalità di debug usb
3. Collega il coso al pc [ Chiudi, termina e uccidi qualsiasi kies dovesse partire automaticamente]
4. Da una console esegui il file .bat che trovi nella cartella dello zip. E' importante che tu lo esegui dalla cartella in cui si trova
5. Il coso dovrebbe riavviarsi tipo 3-4 volte

La procedura non l'ho inventata io, e nel mio caso invece di eseguire il file batch, ho eseguito manualmente i comandi adb collegandomi in remoto all'adb del coso.

Grazie 1000 realtedo, ma continuo ad avere dei problemi, anche attivando il debug usb il pc non me lo vede, uso un cavetto usb maschio-maschio normale.
Nelle opzioni debug mi chiede di scegliere l'applicazione per il debug, devo metterci qualcosa.

Verifica che la modalità debug usb sia attiva
NON importa che tu assegni una appa al debug

Devi attivare anche l'opzione "Sorgenti sconosciute", credo sia in impostazioni -> Applicazioni o giu di li.

il pc non lo riconoscerà, non ha i driver, va bene così.

Sarà adb.exe, lanciato in automatico dal programmino .bat a fare il lavoro.


specificami cosa ti dice il programma di errore... e dimmi quale versione esatta del sistema android usa il tuo coso.

Ti copio delle info trovate in giro. sostanzialmente, lo davo per scontato ma ovviamente non è così, devi prima avere java installato, quindi installare l'sdk di android...

"You need to be able to access the tablet from your computer and being that it is a chinese one that means that you will need the Android SDK because it has the USB driver. First off you need to go to java (at their website) and download and install the JDK (java development kit which you can find at www dot oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/index.html). Once that installation is finished you need to download the Android SDK (you can find it at developer.android.com/sdk/index.html) which is in zip format. Unzip and take note of the folder. Navigate to that folder and double click on the SDK manager file. When the window opens make sure that all Android 4.0.3 boxes are selected (under Android 4.0.3 section) as well as the boxes from Android SDK Tools, Android SDK Platform-tools Under tools section) and the Google USB driver (under extras). Once the software is downloaded and installed restart your pc (just to make sure that all is well).
On your tablet make sure that USB debugging is selected (under settings) and connect your tablet to the PC. Regardless of what happens you will need to change the drivers the PC uses to connect to those in what you downloaded. Go to control panel, hardware then hardware manager and look for the tablet... it either will have incorrectly assigned drivers (mine were Nexus S drivers) or it will have a ! meaning that no appropriate drivers were found. Right click on the assigned name and then click on update drivers. Follow prompts to update from disk and navigate to the USB folder you created under the Android SDK installation folder.
Once that is done then download the file I mentioned in the link above. It will come in a zip file so unzip and take note of the folder. Navigate to the folder and double click on the **.bat file. It might happen that you have a DOS error which says that it did not find ADB. You will have to add the ***\tools folder of the Android SDK installation folder to the system path in the environmental variables (if you don´t know how just follow the instructions in java.com/en/download/help/path.xml).
Be carefull to always wait for the tablet to restart and be "seen" by windows after each key press once you double clicked on the **.bat file. You can leave the Hardware Manager box open and keep on eye on the tablet appearing there."

Ho attivato "Origini sconosciute" e "Debug USB.
Quando faccio partire il programmino .bat, qualsiasi opzione scelgo mi dice "error device not found"
La versione Android è la 4.1.1.
ci sto impazzendo!!!.
