Prova a fare un reset da impostazioni,io quando resetto fopo aver fatto il backup faccio prima quello con i tasti (on-off +vol) e una volta resettato cosi lo rifaccio dal menu impostazioni poi lo riconfiguro,spero risolvi.Ma come mai sei fermo alla b313 e non hai aggiornato alla b316??

Quella che hai scaricato è l'ultima developer 5.6.1 non è l'ultima stable b316

Forse funziona anche questa procedura: fare un downgrade alla 5.5.1, poi installare la B316 premendo i 3 tasti fisici contemporaneamente. Anche con questa procedura si perdono tutti i dati.

Purtroppo la traduzione in italiano non è così semplice e non perchè non sappiamo l'inglese ma perchè il change log se non mi sbaglio è fornito solo in cinese e quindi la versione inglese è stata recuperata tramite google traslate.
Google ovviamente fa una traduzione letterale da cinese ad inglese quindi il risultato non è proprio corretto.
Farne una traduzione in italiano significa dare una ulterire interpretazione rischiando di perdere o capire cose sbagliate.
Almeno io preferisco leggere la versione in inglese, almeno se devo sbagliare a capire lo faccio di testa mia rotfl
ma se si riporta in aggiunta anche una possible traduzione italiana ben venga l'importante è sapere che è una interpretazione più che una traduzione affidabile al 100% ;)
