I'm uploading a new version of gapps (10-15 min to finish)...I added the calendar sync and a new contact sync apk (taken from open gapps)

flash with cache and dalvik cache wipe

if not works open settings->apps->menù button->show system->search google contact sync->permission and check if contact is enabled
you can also check the permission of google play service, google service framework, google account manager, google backup transport
