When you make a custom kernel for the Z7 Max and Android 7? Missing overclocking the CPU and GPU, no choice CPU hotplug, should improve performance insert SQLite, there is no dynamic fsync and many others.

Nope, this twrp doesnt format or resize correctly for the crypto footer nor decrypt it
Kernel doesn't encrypt on first try, just using terminal

You can use 3 kinds of terminal:
1. Settings > About phone > touch Build Number 7 times to enable Developer options, go back.
Settings > Developer options > Enable local terminal
Terminal is now in your launcher.

2. Download any Terminal emulator on Google Play/Apkmirror etc

3. Settings > Developer options > Root access > ADB and apps
Connect phone to a PC with Android sdk platform tools or Minimal ADB & Fastboot, open terminal from the folder adb.EXE is located then enter command

adb root

, confirm access key on your phone then enter command

adb shell

.

Then encryption commands are

su

vdc cryptfs enablecrypto <inplace or wipe> <default or pattern or pin or password> <your password (must be 4-36 characters long)>

If you are using Z7 Max' TWRP default partition size (689631 blocks), only 4 blocks are free I guess so encryption only works with 4 character passwords.
Also note only Paolo's CM13 beta 1, 2, 3~7 can encrypt successfully. Beta 8 onwards encryption is broken, but it can decrypt successfully storage encrypted with earlier releases :s

Backup your storage files,
Backup your appdata with Titanium Backup

Assuming you're using ext4 data
Boot to TWRP > Advanced > Terminal
Enter

umount /dev/block/mmcblk0p23

e2fsck -f /dev/block/mmcblk0p23

resize2fs -f /dev/block/mmcblk0p23 6896600

Remember if you are on z7 max only CM13 beta7 or earlier is able to encrypt.
Once your device is encrypted, any z7 max TWRP still not able to access internal storage, you need an external SD to install latest CM13 (V17) with gapps (only wipe cache and system to do so, if you wipe data, encryption is gone)

Nothing at all, I always have 1GB free, 700MB at most. Also, with a quad 2.4GHz we wouldn't feel a thing.
I'm not a heavy user really, my most demanding app ever was Pokemon Go. It never lagged on me

When I turn on 3g data connection, doesn't matter on which sim, it's always on edge, whilst on stock rom I get h+ on the same location.

That's the main reason I still run stock rom...

I have a problem. My second sim is for Internet. I cant change the networktype. It stays always on global. And a have only gsm or edge. With original rom, i have h+ or lte.

yes the select network type for the moment is bugged

you can try to switch in "gsm only"the first sim: open the dialer and compose the number *#*#4636#*#*->phone information->set preferred network type to gsm only
after that go in settings->sim cards and switch cellular data to sim 2
settings->more->cellular network->card2->preferred network type and select the first options and wait 1 minute
if not work you can try to search network operators
