Le ragioni sono che il suo sviluppatore non ha tempo per farlo. Così dichiara il 9/10/11:
2.x write support is coming. Although, I can't promise any dates for
when I'll finish it. I haven't been able to find much time to spend on
KeePassDroid for the past several months, but things are stabilizing
and I hope to get back into it more seriously, soon.

Ciao,
uso da anni Keepass in ambiente windows, oggi l'ho installato anche su SGM2.
Ho preso il db da windows e l'ho copiato pari pari nella directory di Keepass.
Funziona tutto nel senso che apre il db ma.....non riesco a fare la funzione INCOLLA dei campi utente & password
Per favore qualcuno sa aiutarmi ?

Sul mio S2 funziona così : Entro nel record che contiene user e password e keepass inserisce 2 notifiche, copia user e copia password. A questo punto passo nell'app che richiede i dati, abbasso la tendina delle notifiche e tappo sulla voce inserita da kp (utente o password), la tendina si chiude, tengo tappato la casella dove inserire l'utente è compare un tasto incolla che tappo subito e così incollo il valore. Ripeto per password ed il gioco è fatto
