come ha detto @hottix scaricato sdk da google messo dentro platform-tools la factory ed l'ha "flashato" senza problemi :)
si sta ancora avviando ma dal CMD sembra tutto ok

Ho verificato il funzionamento dei file fastboot..tutto ok confermato da altri utenti.
Riprova la procedura cambiando nuovamente porta usb e dando il comando "fastboot devices" prima anche se ti sembrerà inutile.

Fatto...NIENTE! :-(

Visto che sto provando da windows, ho pensato di provare da ubuntu. Come si fa su ubuntu a flashare la factory?

Togliere il "-w" serve per non formattare... ma io non lo consiglio.

Decomprimete l'archivio
Mettete tutto(file scaricato + files decompressi) in platfotm-tools.
Flashato in ordine :
Bootloader
Radio
Ora Riavviate il bootloader con comando
Flashate poi:
Recovery
Boot
System
