Potresti provare prima a flashare la cm10.2, fare il primo boot poi tornare in recovery e riflashare la ROm (VAnir) però questa volta con base già Android 4.3.

A me quella ROm l'ha installata senza problemi (anche perchè quel repack l'ho fatto io ) però ero già su 4.3

hai provato a riscaricare la rom? magari il file è danneggiato

come recovery ho la cmw con l ultimo aggiornamento , il file non l ho provato a riscaricare.
Per il momento ho installato l ultima cm disponibile con android 4.3 per ora tengo questa e vediamo come va magari poi passo alla vanir o un altra che mi attirava molto era la SuperXe

riesci a dare una valutazione di quella rom? il lag c'è? il surriscaldamento? questo terminale di serie fa proprio così schifo?
