Ieri (mannaggia a me quando l'ho fatto) stavo pulendo lo speaker con l'ovatta (sapete quello delle orecchie?)ecco..sarà stata la pressione che ciò messo o non so cosa. Dopo un paio di minuti mi sono accorto di una bolla strana sotto la pellicola all'altezza appunto dello speaker sul display.
Dopo qualche secondo ho realizzato che era una crepa :( . Ora mi chiedo,se chiamassi l'assistenza me lo cambierebbero facendomi pagare solo la sped?
Vorrei leggere qualche parere o magari dei consigli!!

Io fossi in te contatterei direttamente l'assistenza e vedi che ti dicono, allegandogli la foto che hai messo qui... magari te lo sostituiscono...

L'assistenza mi ha risposto dicendomi di che servono foto più dettagliate.
Ed io gli e lo mandate. Comunque credo che sia un difetto perché come cacchio si fa a crepare da dentro lo speaker con un bastoncino per le orecchie?

Hello Fabio,
We have finally managed to trace your order and we are happy to assist you in replacing the device.
Here are some directions for how to return the device:
- Backup all your data by connecting the device to a computer and saving all the information you need. If the touch screen doesn't work you may access the recovery mode: Turn off the device and press together "Power button" + "Volume down" button. Once entered in the recovery mode you may use Volume up and Volume down to navigate and Power button to confirm. Select "Usb mass storage mode".
- Please wrap the device carefully with bubble wrap.
- Send only the defective device and not the packaging or accessories.
- Ship the device in an unmarked padded envelope.
- Write this RMA number on the side of the package in an easily visible place: RMA130828-2073
- Ship the package registered with a tracking number, and email that tracking number to us. (We find that national carriers are much cheaper than international carriers as DHL)
- Keep all shipping and customs receipts and email copies to us for later reimbursement (up to Euro 20 for the shipping fee)
- Below is the address for shipping the device to us:

Our warehouse will reject any package that we have not received a tracking number for, or does not have the RMA number visibly on the package. Please ensure you send us the tracking number as soon as possible and that they RMA number is clearly marked.
If you are in a hurry to get a replacement device you may order a new device, which will be sent out right away. Once we receive and have reviewed your defective unit we will refund you the full amount for the order as well as the shipping (up to Euro 20) and customs cost.

Ken, ti volevo chiedere se alla fine quando tutto si sarà risolto, se ti va di documentare e raccontare la tua esperienza con l'assistenza...
