Se ritenete che 6.0 non è stabile, che versione mi consigliate?

Dipende da cosa hai adesso
Se monti quella su base 4.2.1, allora si, altrimenti un cache e dalvik può bastare

Se ho ben capito Wanam dice che la MB5 in realtà è un downgrade della varie MR2...quindi? perché una release superiore????
