I'm from Russia, and it is difficult to correctly express their thoughts on CM12. I apologize in advance for your trouble. Despite the fact that I registered on the forum just a couple of hours ago, I can assure you that what I write is true. I work in the field of software testing and have this great experience. If you do not understand some of the points, ask, I will try to explain or make a video.

So, I have seen the problems and shortcomings in the CM12.1

- Icon "My Profile" in the top right corner of the notification does not open the window for editing the profile. In addition, the phonebook is no field "Customize Profile", ie it is impossible to create a business card of my contact. I do not rule out that the reason for the absence of an account Cyanogen Mod on my device.
- SIM menu is displayed twice (two icons). The first icon Sim Toolkit gives you access to the SIM-menu of both SIM cards. The second icon Sim toolkit 2 SIM menu opens a second SIM card. I think that the second icon is superfluous.
- The rest is always running dual core processor (CPU Core CPU Core 0 and 3).
- When connecting the device to a PC via Mass Storage (UMS), a blank CD-ROM. I checked this mode for WinXP and Win8.
- If you enable the recognition of the phrase "Okay Google" on any screen, this function will not work anywhere except the application itself Google. To fix this, you need to install the firmware after open Recorder and press the Record button. Phone hangs for 5-7 seconds, then starts recording. - In the application settings menu App Phone - Settings - General - Phone ringtone is superfluous, as it allows to assign the ringtone without reference to a specific SIM card. In these settings, there is a set of options that allows you to assign a ringtone to each SIM card (App Phone - Settings - Calling accounts - Sim card 1 / Sim card 2).
- In the setting of the notification bar, if you add a tile Compass, with a high probability when enabling notifications Compass in the curtain will hang for 7-10 seconds. Tile Compass at this time will be highlighted white circle.

I'm telling you about the switch number 2 is called the switch "Frome Any screen".
This switch has no effect on the launcher. In addition, this switch allows you say "Okay Google" on any screen (Browser, Gallery, and so on) regardless of how the launcher installed on the phone (Apex, Trebuchet, Nova, Hola, Go Launcher and etc).
