During an episode of ghost touches I noticed a particularly unresponsive zone, strangely corresponded to the hottest part of the back and I found out that it is precisely over the SoC.*
I add a screen of a test done with an application for the test of the touchscreen, the black area in the upper left is totally unresponsive, all the rest of the screen presented ghost touches and difficulties in the detection of touch.
Here is a video that demonstrates the problem,

to simulate the heating of the SoC I used a special app designed to test the stability of the terminal during intensive calculations and one other application that displayed the current temperature.*
Above 60C SoC temperature, the phone becomes almost unusable as the heat of the SoC is spread by thermal conduction across the display.*
The problems associated with the temperature depart from about 40C, as the heat of the SoC is spread by thermal conduction across the display, starting with sporadic inaccuracies to continuous ghost touches and totally insensitive zones.
If I turn off the terminal and let it cool a bit the fault disappears for some time and the black area (top-left) showed in attacked picture turn back again responsive to touches.
The problem seems to increase with temperature, from 40C phone starts to be difficult to use with several inaccuracies in touch on the screen, if the terminal is used normally for some time blocks and ghost touches become continuous, making the device completely unusable, the use in hot environments, such as at the beach in the shade, makes the situation worse.
I've opened a ticket for technical assistance a week ago but got no answer.
I'm using the last OTA installed from scratch.
