Updated ROM without ROOT permissions

My MI 9T PRO is stuck at version 12.5 of Android.
I need to install a newer version without ROOT permissions. (Some applications do not work with root permissions).

Could you please recommend me a ROM? If possible also installation instructions. (ROM, Firmware, GAPPS).

Please consider that Mi 9T Pro ended the upgrade policy with V12.5.6.0.RFKCNXM in China and V12.5.2.0.RFKMIXM Global

So any newer update can be managed with modding/unlock bootloader and installing a custom rom
