Google regala un Nexus 4 ad un utente assillante

Ormai conosciamo molto bene i problemi relativi agli ordini del nuovo Google Phone, il Nexus 4 realizzato da LG. Il colosso di Mountain View dopo aver appreso l'impossibilità di consegnare entro la scadenza prestabilita tutti gli smartphone ha inviato email ad alcuni utenti invitandoli ad attendere circa 2-3 settimane per la consegna a causa di alcuni problemi ancora non molto chiari. Certamente non sono mancate le lamentele ma ad essere assillanti forse si ottiene qualcosa, infatti un fortuntato utente sarebbe stato ripagato dopo le tante mail con un Nexus 4 in regalo.

Phandroid ha diffuso la notizia e vi riportiamo la mail che Google ha recapitato a quest’anonimo utente:

“Hello,

Thank you for contacting Google Play! It was my pleasure assisting you today with your question in regards to the status of your order. I definitely understand how important it is to know when you’ll receive your device.

If you ordered on 11/13, your order is scheduled to arrive tomorrow. If you haven’t already received a shipping confirmation email that contains the tracking number, you should receive one by end of day today.

We apologize for all the problems that this delay that this has caused you and rest assure that you will receive all your orders at no cost to you. However, please note that it can take up to 1 business day for the tracking number to be activated. Rest assured that once you receive your ship confirmation email with your tracking number, it is in the process of shipping for an estimated arrival of Tuesday, Nov. 20

La parte della mail evidenziata è quella che ci interessa, infatti ricevendo gli ordini a nessun costo potrebbe voler significare che le spese di spedizione siano pagate da BigG, come già successo per tutti gli ordini slittati. Invece non è così poichè in collegamento telefonico con Phandroid il servizio clienti del Play Store avrebbe confermato che il cliente riceverà gratis il suo Nexus 4.

Quest storia non è molto credibile perchè penso che molti altri utenti, come questo singolo fortunato, abbiano assillato costantemente la mail di Google, perciò difficile credere a questa discriminazione.

Google fa preferenze? Per ottenere qualcosa si deve essere insistenti e pesanti? Non penso sia realmente così.
