Infatti le condizioni d’uso di Drive recitano:
“When you upload or otherwise submit content to our Services, you give Google (and those we work with) a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes we make so that your content works better with our Services), communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content.”
In poche parole, caricando files su Drive, si da a Google e alle società collegate il diritto di condividere, modificare, rendere pubblici i file in questione.
Le condizioni, molto simili a quelle di Facebook, sono molto pesanti, quasi un furto legalizzato di dati.
Secondo altre interpretazioni queste condizioni non sono così pesanti, ma a nostro parere la frase riportata non è opinabile, anche alla luce delle condizioni d’uso dei servizi concorrenti che chiariscono di non possedere i dati caricati dall’utente.

Insomma, fate attenzione ad utilizzare tale servizio perché perderete la proprietà dei vostri file. Il don’t be evil di Google sembra molto lontano, ormai.
