Hi,
Could you please help for installation, I have change Z7 Motherboard & it has come with Lollipop 5.1.1 V3.60.
No idea how to Root and procedure, I am familiar with 4.4 version but for 5 no idea.
Dont want to brick again.
Please guide me.

you don't need to root etc, just install the twrp 2.8.7.0 recovery
you can download here (guide inside): ROM Z7 Max All In One Tool v1.2.0 | [Custom]-[Updated] add the 06/29/2015 on Needrom

Could you please clarify below points,

If i got it right from guide then with All in one tool I will be first enter 1= for USB drivers,
& then directly 3= for TWRP Recover, no need for Number 2 & 4.
I can then install Super user using TWRP.
I can then even install CM 12.1 as a TWRP normal installtion.

but superuser is not necessary if you want to install the cm12.1

I am getting error "internal error cannot find utcompiledcode record for this version of the uninstaller" while trying to install drivers with option 1.
Any idea how to resolve the same.

for driver download and install this exe: zte_driver.exe

I know its irritating to have too many questions but I promise this will be last.
Actually I am happy with Stock Lollipop Rom 3.60 version just wanted to install Play store.

Is it enough if I just install TWRP Recover followed by Root and Gapp's.
I believe i would be able to use existing stock Rom with Gapp's.
