It is the first time I hear of this problem
you have tried to turn on and off the airplane mode ?
which baseband version you have ? (try to flash the latest 3.65)

Paolo, please add the type of network "LTE/WCDMA". I need the type of network where there is no option GSM. Very need!
On YIOS ROM has this type of network.

for reboot recovery options you need to enable the advanced reboot in developer options
