Translations from Turkish to Italian probably are made through English, then the result is often unuseful.

3G mobile data distressed in my country . Search for breakage. the same in all oparatörü . I tried several ROMs to the same result . Anyone complaining. I install the latest ROM ( KitKat )

Did you already tried to select just the band frequencies you need?
Did you already disabled B38 band? (sometime it causes a strange behaviour)

Type *#*#5429873#*#* in dialer.
go to band mode
disable the bands you don't need, check your carrier bands to do that.

This working bands . the same results . 3g internet occasional break . Wifi slow down occasionally . what's the problem?

Did you disable B38 LTE band?
Out of that , I don't know what to do. I've got the same problem, but not always and not in 4G, just 3G.

Yes, I know, but as I told you before, sometime it causes a strange behaviour.
Disable Band 38, keep just Band 40.
Apply changes and restart the phone.

It doesn't solve your problem, but it could be less annoing
