Ho riferito il problema al supporto tecnico di Viber. Purtroppo la risposta è stata deludente. Il suono non proviene da Viber, per cui son fatti miei.
A parte l'assoluta certezza che sia un problema solo mio che è fastidiosa come risposta, la scansione dei secondi con il suono avviene SOLO durante una chiamata Viber, e il temporizzatore del cellulare è disabilitato. Per cui sarò forse l'unico, ma NON è un problema del cellulare, ma dell'applicazione.
Pazienza abbandonerò Viber per qualche altro concorrente....

Our support team encounters many complaints over time. Their response to you is probably based on similar cases in the past, where they investigated the source of the problem and found that it is not a problem caused by Viber.

Anyway, we plan to release a new version of Viber soon. When it is released, please install it and see if it helps. If not, I recommend that you contact Android support (or Google support) and see if they can advise you on this matter.

Dal market non me lo dà disponibile e da play.google dice che non è possibile installare il programma sul mio telefono.

Ciao a tutti! Ho appena installato Viber sul mio Huawey Vodafone Sonic, che utilizzo con operatore Wind.
Alla richiesta di codice anzichè l'sms ricevo una chiamata che setta in automatico il codice di accesso e prosegue direttamente con l'accesso all'app.
Però al momento di effettuare la sincronizzazione dei contatti mi dice "Il servizio Viber non è momentaneamente disponibile o è stato bloccato. Riprovare più tardi." in presenza di rete 3G e Hsdpa. Quale può essere il problema? Non ho ancora modificato nulla nelle impostazioni e un amico mi ha detto che mi vede tra i suoi contatti Viber, ma i suoi messaggi non mi arrivano.

sono un possessore di huawei y300... ho appena installato viber, ma, come tanti altri possessori di huawei y300 c'è il problema che la persona che chiamiamo con ci sente, è come se il microfono non funzionasse, mentre noi sentiamo perfettamente l'altro utente...
nelle chiamate normali non c'è problema... da cosa dipende? come facciamo? grazie 1000

Salve a tutti, vorrei un'informazione riguardo le foto inviate e ricevute tramite viber.
Ho notato che nella cartella thumbnails ci sono le miniature delle foto ricevute e inviate, anche quelle cancellate. Se le apro le immagini sono sgranate, credo perchè sono delle miniature. C'è un modo per ripristinarle? Un programma, un metodo... qualsiasi cosa.

Ho installato Viber Desktop però una volta inserito il numero di telefono, utilizzato sul mio Galaxy S3 con Viber, mi riporta alla schermata dove dice che prima di utilizzarlo bisogna installarlo su telefono cosa che però io ho già fatto.
La cosa strana poi è che, una volta uscita questa schermata, se torno indietro dove ho inserito il numero quest'ultimo appare non completo ma mancano le prime 3 cifre. Insomma sembra che il numero da me inserito venga tagliato e quindi non riconosciuto.

Come posso fare?
