Non trova il cellulare collegato..
infatti se scrivi "adb devices" non ti esce nulla,
prova a ricollegare, e sopraututto controlla che sia attivo il debug usb tra le impostazioni

Se ti ricordi.....nel passaggio del downgrade non riuscivo a fare questo passaggio:
adb push PC10IMG.zip /sdcard/PC10IMG.zip
successivamente ho copiato il file direttamente da pc sul cell..........dovrebbe essere lo steso problema credo
Avevo pensato a questo......ma nella guida dice di tenere il cell su "solo carica" ed è per questo che non vede il cell....
si il debug usb è attivo....non mi esegue il comando perchè il cell è connesso al pc su "solo carica"
Difatti se vedi.....ho connesso il pc su "htc sync" per fare una prova e questo è il risultato:

Me lo accetta.....ma la guida dice di fare queste operazione su "solo carica".........cosa ne pensi?

Ti sembra corretto il procedimento?
Vabbe l'ultima da un problema di connessione.. prova di nuovo a collegarlo il solo carica.. se neanche risolvi allora fai copia incolla come hai fatto in precedenza.. tanto deve andare nella cartella prinipale della sdcard

Altra domanda:
Nel passaggio successivo la guida dice di sostiture "****" con il mio cw........cos'è? dove lo trovo?
È l'ultimo push che non va. Quello dove esce tutta quella lista di messaggi.. copia il file manualmente nella sdcard oppure prova a ricollegare in solo carica.. dopo che hai copiato rifai anche il comando chmod.
Comunque il valore da sostituire non dice altro che devi inserire il nome del file che stai compiando.. sarebbe la versione della recovery.
